Hi! I'm Brooke Porter. Welcome to my blog site. Azle Dental Care is the name of my dental office located in Azle, Texas. We are located at 912 Boyd Road (right across the street from Subway).Our phone number is (817) 444-1763. My hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday, my office hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Friday is by special appointment only. (It's usually my surgery day.) I just joined Twitter.

It's a site that allows me to enter a few sentences that lets people who are following me know where or what I am doing.  I hear that collective "what?"   

I don't mean to be egotistical.  My goal is to make your dental visit quicker.  If you log on to Twitter and join, you can receive my updates.  

Now, here's what I'm thinking.  If you have an appointment, you can received a (dm) or direct message from me.  These brief messages would tell you were I am time wise.  What's neat about that is you'll know if I'm running late or not;  information that could make your visit quicker.  

We are in the early stages and I'd appreciate any feedback.  

We are also in the process of adding @azledentalcare to Twitter in the hope we can do a 15 minute update for all our daily patients.  

We don't know of any dental office doing this, but we think it might be convenient for you.  

Twitter does not cost money, and you can forward updates to your cellphone.  I'm debating trying a beta test in the last week of January.

Azle Dental Care Christmas Party 2008

We had a great party for Christmas this year. Usually we all cram into a restaurant somewhere and try to visit and play games. This year we stayed at my house and did an Iron Chef party. We all made a dish with a similar ingredient (this year it was cocoa) and everyone picked their favorite. Belinda made a great Indian cocoa spiced chicken salad that won. We love giving out prizes,don't we.
