We are located at 912 Boyd Road (right across the street from Subway).Our phone number is (817) 444-1763. My hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday, my office hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Friday is by special appointment only. (It's usually my surgery day.)
